Chicken with Dried Cherry Tomatoes
Dress up your standard chicken dish with the flair of organic Spanish cherry tomatoes!

Ingredients
( ) 1.5 pounds of chicken breast
( ) ¾ cup of Sistema Organa Dried Cherry Tomatoes
( ) 3 cloves of garlic
( ) 1 cup of white wine
( ) ½ cup of chicken stock
( ) ¼ cup of lemon juice
( ) Salt
( ) Rosemary
( ) 6 tablespoons Sistema Organa Robust Olive Oil
Directions
( ) Cut chicken breast into cubes.
( ) Place in a large mixing bowl.
( ) Wash hands.
( ) Add 1 tablespoon of oil olive, chicken stock, lemon juice, salt, rosemary, and 1/4 cup of white wine.
( ) Let marinade for at least 2 hours.

( ) Bring a small pot of water to boil.
( ) Toss in half container of Dried Cherry Tomatoes.
( ) Boil for two minutes, then drain water and set the Tomatoes aside.

( ) Pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet.
( ) Heat on medium until oil is hot.
( ) Meanwhile, peel garlic cloves.
( ) Reduce heat and toss in garlic.
( ) Once the garlic browns, add chicken.
( ) Turn the chicken every 3-5 minutes until browned and fully cooked through.
( ) Add dried cherry tomatoes, lower heat.
( ) Add the remaining 3/4 cup of white wine.
( ) Cover skillet, bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes or until the liquid evaporates and chicken is coated.
